On July 7, 2025, the elegant Rixos Hotel in Almaty will host a major international event organized by Vinitaly, with Vinoway participating alongside a selection of seven Italian wineries awarded at the Vinoway Selection.
A trip with strong symbolic and strategic value: bringing some of the best of Italian winemaking to the heart of Kazakhstan, a country undergoing rapid economic growth and increasingly open to quality and the allure of Made in Italy.
During the event, Vinoway will have its own dedicated booth, where attendees can meet the selected wineries and taste their award-winning wines, recognized for production consistency and quality.
The masterclass will be personally led and conducted by Davide Gangi, CEO & Founder of Vinoway Italia, one of the most respected communicators and tasters on the Italian wine scene. Through seven emblematic wines, the Kazakh audience will discover the deep and multifaceted soul of Italian wine:
Argiolas: Turriga (Red), Cantine Federiciane: Vigna Cigliano Solfatara (White), Carvinea: Frugifero (Red), Conte D’Attimis-Maniago: Ronco Broilo (White), Famiglia Cotarella: Montiano (Red), Gianfranco Fino: ES (Red), and Sartori: Corte Brà (Red)
Two whites and five reds for a sensory journey across Italy from north to south.
Almaty is currently the most dynamic and receptive city in Kazakhstan. It is the center of high-end dining, luxury hospitality, and a clientele that is increasingly educated and curious. In this context, Italian wine represents not just a product, but a symbol of culture, refinement, and identity.
Vinoway’s presence in Almaty aims to offer Italian wineries not only concrete visibility, but also strategic relationships and access to a rapidly evolving market.
With pride, professionalism, and passion, Vinoway continues to bring to the world an authentic Italy of wine—made of people, regions, and stories to be heard with the heart and tasted with respect.
