The winery is located in Rosazzo, in the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, one of Italy’s most renowned areas for quality wine production. Here, the ponca soil, alternating layers of marl and sandstone, has a decisive influence on the structure, tension, and elegance of the wines.
I have known Cristian Specogna for a very long time. I have followed his professional and entrepreneurial development, and I have seen the company grow and consolidate its position. I also knew his father, who is no longer with us: a man of great practicality, deeply attached to the land, capable of transmitting values even before strategies.
Today, Cristian runs the company together with his brother Michele Specogna, in a complementary balance.
